The Secretariat of CHINA HOROLOGE ASSOCIATION is the standing body of the Association. It complies with the associational tenet and is in charge of dealing with the daily work of the Association. It organizes to implement all resolutions of members meetings, councils and standing councils. It implements and fulfills the annual work plan of the Association. At the same time, it fulfills the every work task consigned by the charge department, China State Bureau of Light Industry, and national relevant departments, such as design the industrial development plans, industrial policies as well as assist to formulate industrial standards and to improve quality of products as well.
